They’re probably not naturally a very graceful person so they try extra hard and it comes off as fierce and powerful instead of graceful and gentle. Another thing could be that they do another type of dance and are more used to it.

It is likely that they suffer some sort of paranoia. This may be due to something happening in their childhood that involved something like an attack from behind. The back to a wall is a fairly normal occurrence, almost everyone does it.

Rings are a very popular thing that people fidget with. It could mean that they think that you are attracted to them, and so subtly try to show that they’re married but it’s more likely just a habit or nerves. There is a slight possibility that you’re boring them, though.
